Love and trust Jesus

"The hour in our life in which we are best employed is the hour in which we best love Jesus. A soul does good to others not in the measure of its knowledge or intelligence but in that of its holiness. For me all people should be enveloped, in God's sight, in the same love and the same indifference.
I must remember only Jesus, think only of Jesus, estimating as gain any loss at the price of which I have more room in myself for thought and knowledge of Jesus, beside whom everything else is nothing.

One thing we owe to our Lord is never to be afraid. To be afraid is doubly an injury to him. Firstly, it means that we forget him; we forget he is with us and is all powerful; secondly, it means that we are not conformed to his will; for since all that happens is willed or permitted by him, we ought to rejoice in all that happens to us and feel neither anxiety nor fear. Let us then have the faith that banishes fear. Our Lord is on our side, with us, upholding us."  from the Christian hermit, Charles de Foucauld

Isaiah 41:10 "Fear not for I am with you. Be not dismayed/discouraged for I am your God. I will help you. I will strengthen you. I will uphold you with my strong/victorious right hand."

One of the disciples (Peter or John; John I think) said, "Perfect love drives out fear."
God's love in our life is perfect.

No road is long with good company. (Turkish proverb)

Do what God says. Say what God does.
